Welcome to 1 on 1 Fitness Studio.  As our name implies, we offer one on one personal training.  Just you, a qualified certified trainer, and a clean, well-equipped studio located in a professional wellness center.  If you have ever wished that you could have the whole gym to yourself, this is your opportunity.  If you feel uncomfortable training in a crowded, dirty gym, or if you are intimidated by bodybuilders watching your training session, this is your place.  If you want individualized attention and a trainer focused only on your needs, call us today for a fitness evaluation.

We will determine your current fitness level, measure you, weigh you, and calculate your BMI and percentage of body fat.  We will help you set your fitness goals and develop a plan to help you meet them.  We have a registered dietician on staff who offers an extensive nutritional evaluation and can teach you a healthy eating plan based on science, not on fads.  If injuries or pain are interfering with your workouts, we have a chiropractor on staff that can help you overcome them.
