Meet our Trainers and Staff

Tracy Baiocco
                                                         
Tracy has an extensive background in the muscuskeletal system and       
and physical fitness.
She currently works as a massage therapist on a full-time basis,
and as a personal trainer and fitness instructor in her spare time. 
Her philosophy to physical fitness is that exercise should be an 
enjoyable part of a person's lifestyle.  She specializes in circuit training              
and boot camp-style exercises.  Tracy offers creative and challenging 
fitness plans that are specifically designed to meet your needs.
Her workouts are intended to increase your motivation and appreciation
for exercise as you reach your fitness goals.




ADAM HASSAN
Adam has been involved in lifting weights and committed to living a healthy lifestyle for over a decade. He is a nationally certified personal trainer under the National Strength and Conditional Association, Stautzenberger Institute graduate and a United States Army veteran. He has trained martial artists, professional arm wrestlers, marathon runners, triathletes, and Ballet dancers. He has also trained people with Lupus, Cerebral Palsy, Lipodystrophy, Fibromyalgia, and Diabetes, as well as a group of morbidly obese teenagers (some as heavy as 600 pounds). No matter what your level of fitness, age or limitations, Adam will custom tailor a program that will enable you to reach optimal capacity and performance. In fact Adam welcomes the opportunity of working with people who have limitations such as lower back, knee, wrist or shoulder injury. Adam has experience in all fields of exercise but specializes in TRX suspension, Kettle bell, weight training, and overall endurance training.




Scott Siegel, DC
Dr. Siegel has been practicing chiropractic in the downriver area for 23 years.  His knowledge of the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics, along with his interest in fitness, is a great benefit for those interested in overcoming injuries, and developing a stronger core and a stronger back.  His approach is to analyze your body for misalignments and imbalances and prescribe specific exercises for correction.  For more information on Dr. Siegel, please visit

Lisa Merrill, RD
Lisa is a Registered Dietitian and certified diabetic educator.  She earned her Bachelors in general dietetics from Madonna University, and also holds a Masters degree in exercise physiology from Oakland University.  She is a frequent public speaker and a professor at Oakland Community College.  Her individual counseling can cover such topics as weight loss/weight gain, wellness and disease prevention, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and meal plans.
